‘Buhari has no verifiable certificate anywhere in the world’

Contrary to the fallacy by the presidency that President Muhammadu Buhari has a school certificate and a post-graduate qualification, an anonymous statement in the public domain says the president has no verifiable certificate anywhere in the world.

According to the statement, Buhari  didn’t  sit for the Cambridge examination in 1961 as his name (Muhammadu, Muhammed or Mohammed Buhari) was not on the UK examination body’s list of candidates’  names  from 1960-1962, adding that his name(s) was also not on the WAEC list of candidates’ names in both Ghana and Nigeria offices from 1960-1962.

It, therefore, warned that any attempt by Buhari or his agents to present any document to INEC representing WAEC or GCE certificate will constitute an offence.

The statement recalled that Buhari presented no certificate to the Nigerian Army in 1961 when he joined then as he had none.

“The only paperwork came from his school principal stating: “I consider that he (Buhari) will pass West African School Certificate Examination with credit in English, Maths and three other subjects”. This letter is self-explanatory. You cannot pass an examination you never sit,” the statement said.

The statement also revealed that Buhari didn’t attend Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) as claimed, adding that he attended Royal Military Forces Training College (RMFTC) for months (end of 1961 to the beginning of 1962) for normal Army recruitment and physical fitness training.

It further explained that the programme was not a certification one, adding that RMFTC was renamed NDA (established on February 5, 1964) and regular courses were introduced thereafter.

On his purported UK military training, the statement recalled that Buhari attended the Aldershot-based Mons Officer Cadet School and that no certificate was issued to him as he didn’t pass any examination for the short period he was in the Uk in 1963.

“Cadet School information corroborates this”, the statement said.

It also recalled that as usual, Buhari attended Defence School Staff College, Willington, India, but didn’t sit for their examinations, adding that the college didn’t issue certificates to its course attendees in 1974.

On the Master’s degree he purportedly bagged from US War College as contained in his Wikipedia Page, the statement recalled that while Buhari left the college in 1980, the school confirmed that it started the Master’s degree programme in 2000, adding that there was no way Buhari could have been awarded the degree in 1980.

“Again, no certificate was issued to him”, the statement added.
